Seems like yesterday, with all its frenzy, no one hesitated about sinking their teeth into real estate and stocks. Call it the last great American Land Grab...
So when the markets stumbled and tumbled, many were left feeling like they had their teeth kicked in.
We are finally at the point where it looks like the markets are stabilizing. The Charlotte market is looking better.
Minor ticks have some economists becoming optimistic. I'm an optimist, so I tend to agree. I have a problem listening to Dr. Doom repeat himself .
I'm not a dentist trying to give a history lesson or rehash the obvious. What I'm hinting is that this may be an excellent time to consider putting your teeth back in and sinking them into this real estate market .
And for first time buyers, this is an excellent time to try your choppers out on that home you were thinking about. With the triple whammy going on ... extremely low prices...historical low mortgage rates....and a bonus of $8,000 from Uncle Sam , you have little to risk and a lot to gain!
As a matter of fact, all indicators suggest that its a good time to put that smile back on your face and extend it to someone else.

Hello Claude,
I am another realtor from Bellingham, Wa. and found your article "right on". Am new to activerain and enjoying the comments from different parts of the U.S..
Jackie - Bring it on and welcome aboard. Prepare for feet first and much help...when you ask. Thanks for the comment. I'll be looking for you on your posts. Cheers
Claude, the pic alone made this post a winner! And for what's worth, we have SEVERAL up-ticks happening in our market - not just hiccups either. It's time to start preparing for the near-term stabilization and return to an upswinging real estate market.
Hey Claude: Pop those teeth back in your mouth and put a smile on your face. Thanks for your post.
Glad to hear that things are starting to look up my friend.
Randy - The pic made me smile too. Glad to hear positive news from Phoenix. I'm ready for the upswing.
Thanks for wandering by
Tom - Another reminder to brush and floss. Smiling back at ya
JL - And back on my feet finally. Able to wear shoes again as by stupid toe has healed enough. Thanks and hope Columbia is busy.
Great advice and a great way to play it up! First time home buyers do need to act fast though as the $8,000 tax credit end December 1st and with short sales that almost isn't enough time for it to close.
Todd - Free Money...and we have to advertise it? Oh well. The wagon is rolling ...time to climb aboard. Thanks for the great input
