Indian Trail Brook Valley Homes in NC

Brookhome brook valley Valley is a relatively small community with lovely homes located in Indian Trail NC. The builders for the neighborhood were Lennar and Cambridge Homes.

The neighborhood was developed in the early to mid 2000’s with several ranch and two story single family home designs to choose from.

The homes are of a generous size with living space- typically 2500-3500 heated square feet, most with a two car attached garage.  Home prices are usually in the $175,000-$300,000 range.

Brook Valley's amenities include a nice Community Cabana, Swimming Pool, and Playground for its residents. 

Brook Valley is located in Indian Trail, Union County. It is an easy commute time of less than thirty minutes to most anything you would ever need in Charlotte-and, for uptown Charlotte, your drive time would be approximately 50 minutes.

As for things you might need on a daily basis, Brookathletic fields Valley is within ten minutes of major hi-way systems and a couple of new shopping centers with anchor stores of Target and Super Wal-Mart, along with restaurants, banks, grocery stores and the like.

Athletic fields and its neighborhood schools are also within ten minutes!

Union County Public Schools serving Brook Valley home owners are: Shiloh Elementary, Sun Valley Middle School and Sun Valley High School. (There are also plenty of private schools nearby. Schools are subject to change.)

Indian Trail Union County Real Estate in Crismark

indian trail homes in crismarkJust inside Indian Trail in Union County is Crismark. A relatively new neighborhood (started in the early 2000's), it offers a great selection of home styles with pricing of around $150K-$350K.

The multiple builders for the development of Crismark include Westport Homes, Eastwood Homes Cambridge, Touchstone, The Edwards Building Group and Dublin Homes.

Besides location, it has some fine Union County schools: Hemby Bridge Elementary School, Porter Ridge Middle and Porter Ridge High School along with a nice selection of private schools nearby. (schools subject to change)

 Neighborhood amenities for Crismark include two community pools, tennis courts, and playground.  It's location near I-485 creates an easy 35 minute commute to uptown Charlotte or Huntersville and just about 20 minutes to University or Ballantyne.
